Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6519669.

Illegal parking by Mentmore Homes contractors. Regularly parked on double yellow lines, on verges (public & private), and in restricted bays, with parking restrictions posted. Seems to be a pattern of behaviour from the contractors who work for Mentmore Homes. It is noted that Mentmore Homes is owned and run by a local GX resident, who is also a member of the town council. So it’s beggars belief they don’t seem too bothered. And why it seems neither does Bucks council, enough to dissuade their repeat behaviour.

We know parking is hard in the town, but that’s part of planning permission - to provide provision for such things.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
