Litter issue a constant problem

Constant litter on this A355 by pass - why not install signs and cameras and issue fines like parking tickets? Embarrassing for visitors and tourists . Seprived areas are in much better shape. Since service station and maybe this needs constantly clearing. You’ve mowed and left rubbish . It needs doing weekly .
