Ticket machine error

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6514468.

Signage states £2.70 for over 5 hours . I paid £2.70 for a ticket at 11.47am for over 5 hours as I work till late evening and my ticket is saying expired at 17.00 and not the updated 19.00. I’m not able to put another ticket on my car at 17.00 and not should I have to as I have already paid for it . Please can you clear this matter up for me. Is your signage incorrect or has your machine not updated ?!!!
