Faded Yellow Lines And NO SIGNAGE Displaying Restricted Hours

Reported via desktop in the Neighbourhood Watch Sign category anonymously at 10:12, Wednesday 25 September 2024

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6513296.

Hi, We have been making complaints regualrly for the issues that we are facing as a business. We have been communicated by the council that they will be increasing the frequency of the enforcement officers to regualte the ticketing. But, to be honest, this doesnot help our issue. We require proper instructions and signage to be displayed on the raod. Also, the road markings are too fade. We have also brought this matter to attention, but still no actions has been taken by the council in this regard. Kindly, inform us when the proper signage and the road markings would be updated. We are regular council tax payers and it is our right to get the necessary facilities to function as a business. For any queries or discussion, please feel free to contact us.

  • An order has been raised to repair the issue reported, this will be a permanent repair to be carried out as soon as possible. However, there are occasions when a temporary repair is carried out for safety reasons until such time as we can mobilise resources to make the repair permanent.

To ensure the highway network remains as safe as possible we will continue to carry out our regular Highways Safety Inspections which will include this issue until such times as the permanent repair is made
