Not free for an hour? I now have to pay a fee just to pop into library to return a book, or to the post office to post a letter? How ignorant. Villages like Wendover depend on their trade. You might say 50p is nothing, but you bet that next year it'll be a £1, then £1.50. Make it free for an hour again. Make it free for sundays again. Don't be shameful shysters.
