New Sunday payments caused me a fine

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6500771.

My daughter has worked at Rumseys over the road from the car park for two years and she has been parking in the library car park on a Sunday for free as it’s been free for as long as we have known. However today she parked there to find a parking ticket today as apparently you now have to pay on a Sunday. Since when has this been changed? We wonder if we can be excused from the parking fine.
