Car Parked on Pavement

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6495877.

Car Parked on the Pavement of Moore Crescent. Half of the car is also point outwards and causing problems when turning left onto Moore Crescent from Bennett Way. Car has been parked like this since atleast 3PM today. This area is busy road towards a school and it’s forcing people with pushchairs to have to walk on the road. There is plenty of parking in the parking layby so no reason to prevent usage of the pavement.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
