Wendover library car park. 20th September. The board says ‘0-1 hour parking 50p’. I put my reg no in & put in 50p cash for an hour. The machine said minimum payment is 70p - would not accept just 50p. I accept if paying by Ringo there may be an additional charge for the convenience. But surely not for paying cash!!
