Cars parking and blocking footpath entrance to Old Coach Drive

The footpath entrance to Old Coach Drive has numerous cars parked on the footpath which prevents people walking on the pavement and have to walk on the road. I am concerned that we and in particular prams and wheelchair users are unable to access Old Coach Drive in a safe manner. This has been an issue for 3 years!

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
