Leaving no space for people walking, pushchairs, wheelchairs and dog walkers. Vans have been parking like this for about 4 weeks. Reducing footpath to zero to 30cms. Causing issues for drivers, trucks, rubbish lorries and emergency vehicles . The vehicles are blocking the bend creating a dangerous situation.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
