Church of the Good Shepherd round about

The coach is parked by the entrance to the Church of the Good Shepherds carpark entrance. This obstruction 1) makes it difficult for drivers to enter or leave the carpark. 2) it obscure the vision of drivers coming out of Taylor Road, onto the round about. 3) as I know personally it makes it hard as a pedestrian to see passed the coach if it is safe to cross over to the Church of the Good Shepherd. I have spoken to the driver and asked them not to park there, explaining why. As a driver I am surprised they do not recognise the problems their coach is causing.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
