Persistent parking on the footpath by with Domino’s users and pub goers often forcing you to take to the road to get round. Current location of planters don’t help and could be moved slightly to prevent it as shown in pic 2.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
