People parking on the double yellow line at the end of Rothschild Road turning Bay making it hard for you to turn your car around and very hard for any lorries who have to back out because they can't turn around. Seems to be the same cars that do it over and over again even though there is a massive car park that they could use. This is an ongoing issue and has been going on for many years but has got worse over the past 12 months

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
