No working parking machines

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6469095.

In the length of Priory Avenue beside the railway cutting, you have one machine taken away (just the base left sticking out of the pavement), one with no machinery inside and one saying it is out of order. How can your wardens justify issuing tickets her? Please help us motorists.
