Bin overflowing and damaged

This is an ongoing problem as evidenced by previous reports. The bin in next to Cressex school and thus requires regular emptying (at least twice weekly). The volume of litter recently collected (3 bin bags) along the walkway demonstrates the need for adequate and regular bins / collections. The litter collected could not be put in the bin as it was full and we had to find other bins to deposit it into.
