Bin is completely full and has overflowed onto the grass verge. It is DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY. THE BIN NEEDS TO BE CLEARED IMMEDIATELY TODAY. I have asked repeatedly that this bin is cleared twice a week, on a Wednesday or a Thursday. Why does Management NOT do anything to CHANGE?
