Because the road markings haven't been replaced people are ignoring the signs and parking the length of the road

Reported via mobile in the Parking in a restricted space category anonymously at 13:48, Fri 6 September 2024

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6443831.

The double yellow lines and Taxi bay have not been repainted, and people are parking the length of the road on the same side as Boots. This is causing massive obstructions. The M&S lorry that made a delivery today was essentially blocked in by the gold coloured car that was parked there, half a foot from the kerb. My disabled sister was waiting on the bench by the taxi rank, and the lorry was trying to manoeuvre, with guidance from a member of the public and the parking person from M&S, but couldn't get out. It looked like he would have to mount the kerb, so we moved away from the bench. Cars were also queueing to both sides, down Woodside Close and onto the High Street. Luckily the car owner came back and managed to reverse the car, but was blocked by another parked car. The car didn't have a blue badge, neither did most of the cars parked along the road there. The Taxis are having to stop in the middle of the road to pick up elderly and disabled passengers, which isn't safe, and causes further obstruction. This is happening multiple times a day.
