Vauxhall Insignia - ABANDONED ON A PATH AND BLIND CORNER - MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD!!!

For months now, a Vauxhall Insignia has been dumped on a path, on a blind corner.

Pedestrians and mothers with prams have to cross the road on the blind bend as cars come round the corner leaving very little distance to break safety and avoid hitting them.

Also i have witnessed children on their bikes coming around the blind corner only to be met by a car coming towards them on the wrong side of the road as the car is going around the abandoned car on the blind corner.

All 4 tyres on the car are flat, its covered in moss and leaves, a wing mirror is missing and hasn't moved in months. Its abandoned.

This has been previously reported but the council has done NOTHING!!

Pull your finger out before a child is killed!!!!!

  • This has been passed to the Parking Services Team.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
