My name is Khalid. I live at 33 Micklefield Road hp13 7en and my next door no 35 dog is keep pooing in our garden.we told her many times but no action was taken to clear the poo. Then we reported to Red Kite again no actions. I am going through cancer and we are stuck in our house. Can’t open window. We can use garden for clothes or cutting grass there is poo and also dog is unchained straight attack on us. It’s big dog. I need urgent help please
