Faulty ticket machine

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6440646.

I attempted to pay for parking today, 5.09.24 at Marlow Central using my debit card. The ticket shown in the photo was issued, but it says it is not a parking ticket, and gives no expiry time. I don't know what is meant by "card reversal", which is stated at the top. I then used the Ringgo phone number to pay, but my card has been debited £3.20 as well as the Ringgo fee. I want this refunded.
