Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6440541.

Parked outside 19 London End, on a diagonal - we believe it to be owned by the kebab van and they use it to reserve the parking space for the van, and each night it is moved (onto the public highway) to allow the kebab van to park - usually the van is also blocking other spaces and exits from premises.

There are no details on the DVLA database but we have been advised it is a SORN vehicle. Given that the owners do not live on London End, I would state that this is an abandoned vehicle and should be removed - especially as it is moved onto the public highway each evening which is a risk should they crash into anyone as the car would not be insured.
