Blocking road believe no permission gained to store there..

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6438299.

[Portable loo] is blocking the road and the public are reporting to be using it as a public loo. Third party report states builders/owner has refused to move it off the road.
