Dumped caravan that has been damaged further

The caravan was dumped a week ago. Reported last Thursday, see other reports. Blocking field entrance and in passing area on narrow road. It has since been hit by another vehicle and sustained major damage. This has pushed it into the hedge which is also now damaged. It has jagged parts sticking out into the road and is unsafe. Urgently needs removing.
