Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6431750.

I've noticed a large yellow builders bag and many black bin bags have been dumped in the entrance to the field, at the unused roundabout exit. There is a lot of loose rubbish at the location as well. It has been there for almost a week now.
