Encroaching hedgerow

The hedge has encroached significantly on an already narrow footpath next to a very busy road and a roundabout. It's impossible to pass pushchairs, children on scooter or wheelchairs without stepping on the road. It is a disaster waiting to happen as cars travel at significant speed to get around the roundabout quickly especially at peak times.
