Payment problem

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6420498.

Today (30 Aug) at approx 13:45 I briefly parked in Sycamore Road car park Volvo LS21 UUE. I usually pay by Ringo. however, when I got there I found that I had lost my phone and credit cards. I went into a shop and they let me use their phone to phone home to get my wife to pay remotely, but I could not get through. I then left the car park as I had no means to pay. I was there for no more than 10 minutes. I want to avoid a potential PCN because i did my best to pay and left quickly as soon as I realized I had no means to pay . of course I would be happy to pay the parking time (up to 1 hour) retrospectively by ut there seems to be no online
