Shrubbery ( self seeded Hawthorne and elder) protruding into the roadway ( single track) scratching my vehicles (car and horse box) as I attend my property twice daily. I have contacted the parish council and they are dealing with the overgrown nettles. Shrubs are not ‘owned’ by adjacent landowners so they have no responsibility
