Over grown hedge means padestrians have to walk on the cycle path, dangerous senarion.

This overgrown hedge have been repoted several times recently. It needs to be dealt with urgently. Padetrian could be hit by cyclist while stepping on the cycle path due to padestrian path blocked by the hedge. Could be fatal then the council could be in the hot soup.
