Public footpath between Hervines Road and Devonshire Ave overgrown. Whilst this may not be adopted, the council has the option to manage vegetation anyway, arrange volunteering (corporate) or write to adjacent landowners to advise that maintenance must be undertaken. Up to 50% of the width of the footpath is lost in places.
