Litter bin near to 59 and 61 lincoln Park

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6371003.

Overflowing litter bin with litter on surrounding area. Has not been emptied for 3 or 4 weeks. Can this be put on the rota to be emptied with other bins in the area ? I last reported this problem in April when it was quickly remedied. Thank you
