Footpath from Napier Rd to end of Coldharbour Way at Oxford Rd Roundabout

These hedges have not been cut back or trimmed at all this year! They are overgrown, now up to the height of the lowest tree branches, causing safety issues for walkers by cutting out light and making the path invisible from the road. Lots of the cut through paths to the road are also blocked, causing security and safety issues for lone female walkers. In previous years they have been trimmed at least once. I understand Aylesbury Streetscene are responsible. Can I raise a formal complaint for breach of contract with residents, as we pay a portion of our Council Tax for this service? Can you also investigate whether the trees can be trimmed back at all for the above reasons?
