For a number of years, the bushes / brambles adjacent to Ashley Flats on the pathway between Rushburn and Northcroft have been allowed to grow unchecked. The bushes / brambles are now completely overgrown and incredibly high - they reach at least the first floor. They are getting closer and closer to Ashley Flats and are probably blocking out the light for one of the flats on the ground floor. There is a small perimeter fence around Ashley Flats, but these bushes and brambles originate on the other side of the perimeter fence, on the public land.
