Hughendwn Park, four dog poop bins have gone

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6304998.

There have been at least 4 dog poop bins removed from Hughenden park. Was it the council or others? Whats the plan? as I see people are now putting dog poop bags in the general rubbish bins.
