Neither pay machines working.

I am a Princes Risborough resident and pay council tax. Neither pay machines in this car park are working. I do not have a smart phone and do not use Ringo. I was hoping to use the leisure centre this afternoon but was unable to use the car park. I was not the only person who left, being unable to pay. The leisure centre, shops in the town will lose custom. It is easier to go to Thame and use their car parks which accept cards, cash and are much more user friendly.
