Car parked on the junction of West Drive and North Drive

The car is parked on the junction of West Drive and North Drive (within a meter of the junction turning) for the last 4 weeks and has not moved – either dumped or continuously illegally parked so breaching the highway code. Further its blocking visibility for drivers coming in and out of the junction, as well as homes around it trying to reverse cars out of driveways onto obscure oncoming traffic due to the car. This is dangerous and the car has not been moved in over 4 weeks which is very worrying.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
