Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6303040.

Traffic lights were set up at the foot of Hardwick village yesterday evening , but no work has commenced. It is now midday, and the noise from idling vehicles continues. Bucks CC claim to be clamping down on unnecessary roadworks, so why is this allowed,
