Common Road Gt Kingshill

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6297265.

TW are currently working on Missenden Road under a road closure. People are self diverting along Common Road, a lot of the vehicles are speeding. Also lorries are cutting through. Common Road is not part of the diversion and is not suitable to be used in this way - there is a playground accessed from Common Road - lots of children use it, speeding and large vehicles are a danger. Could TW be asked to put up signage stating it is not suitable as a diversion?

    They will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and if required arrange to resolve the issue.
