Outside 12 new town road

Builders van parked constantly on yellow lines , however as you can see I've just watched a parking attendant issue a second ticket for the first silver van, but once again the builders van is unticketed. I'm awaiting a renew blue badge and am unable to park outside a friends house, as I got a ticket foe being 4mins into the time. Yet this van has the traffic wardens walk past every day and put tickets on other vehicles, how is this fair. This has been going on for at least 8 weeks. Why is it allowed when I won't use my out of date badge( because that's illegal), yet the van us there not only during the 11-12 no parking but still there during the 2-3 no parking.

  • This has been passed to the Parking Services Team.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
