Hedge hanging over steps on pathway.

The footpath between 38 Barnards Hill and Ryan’s Mount have very steep steps at the bottom, the hedge is hanging so far over the steps that you have to walk on the far edge if the steps to get past them. The photos don’t really show how far they lean over the steps.
