With respect I say that .. Vehicles are constantly being parked by A 'Right Of Way' road restriction, which causes problems for traffic trying to get past, and in BOTH directions, via blocking sight of relevant signage as to the 'Right Of Way' on the road, whilst the offending vehicles drivers leave the vehicles there, and walk to another part of the village, down an alleyway, to where THEY live. The commercial vehicles company being 'ROAD TRAFFIC SOLUTIONS' on phone number : 01724 848246

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
