Caravan and vehicle taking up 2/3 of the public layby on Waborne Road

There is a layby used by many people locally which has had a caravan parked for almost 3 weeks. 2 people are living in the caravan. There was a garden/landscaping maintenance van attached to the front until this morning (24th July) The caravan license is paper and didn't match the van. This morning, the van has been driven off and a camper van parked there.
