Outside of No. 9 Pitch Pond Close the hedges have been permitted to extend over the footpath leaving little or no room for pedestrians, mobility scooters, push chairs etc. Especially concerning is this hedge outside No.9 which is forcing people onto the road on a tight bend. This has been an increasing issue over a few years.
