Obstruction of the highway

This vehicle is a nuisance to all who enter or exit the comfrey. It's obscures the corner which has resulted in a few near misses when cars meet entering and exiting at the same time. There are young children that play in the street and as one turns into the road they cannot be seen due to this vehicle. We (the residents) know the owner doesn't live in this actual road.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
