Pay machines not working

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6253764.

Hi, 20/7/24 at approx 3.15pm both car park machines in the main Rye car park weren't working. We rang the 0141 number and it just said number not recognised and download the app. We downloaded the app and eventually succeeded but it was a nightmare. They're very happy to fine you if you spend a few minutes picking up/dropping off. Toilets also in poor state - as they have been on many previous occasions. Reflects badly on what is a great asset for the town.
