Hedge is overgrown

The hedge all along this road is overhanging on to the pavement, my children are due to start school in September and they are being forced to close to the traffic. If you are to pass another pedestrian then one of you has to step in the road to pass each. The pavement is wide enough of the hedge was to be pushed back.
