Pavement dangerously overgrown with tripping hazard at feet and eye damage with brambles and foliage at head height. Pavement has been unusable for months and getting more dangerous with each passing week as people are unable to walk on pavement forced onto grass verge or road, unable to push wheel chair on pavement or around lampposts verge so have to push wheelchair on road around parked vehicles. See exact position in relation to Buckingham Council van that is permanently parked on road.
