Parking past official parking bays on double yellows

This causes blocked visibility, traffic congestion and opposite traffic to mount the pavement all where young primary school children walk and cross. It needs looking at as the speed has increased since the parking bays have been installed and the unsafe manœuvres reversing out of Aldridge Place into blind speeding traffic.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
