This man parks here every morning on double yellows, sometimes across my drive and with engine running. He usually turns in Aldridge Place and reverses into mainstream traffic. He will sit there until 9.15 with engine running. Then his wife does the same for afternoon pickup. I have spoken to him and told him not to block my drive but he’s still on d yellows.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
