All of Liston Road, with most around Lidl

Reported via mobile in the Parking on double yellow lines category anonymously at 17:42, Monday 15 July 2024

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6232749.

It has always been an issue, but since Lidl opened, it has been worse. I have a business in Anglers Court on Liston Road, and EVERY SINGLE DAY, people are parked up and down the entire road. Most days, people park in between the entrance of St Thomas House and Anglers Court (where my business is located) and partially block our car park entrance. Customers of M & S always park there, OR they often come in the our private car park and use our private spaces. There are never any parking attendants which is why people do it. It is completely out of hand and I know there have been several reports. The council MUST TAKE ACTION. Lidl needs to fund the building of a double story car park because they have dramatically affected the area to the point of it being dangerous. No one respects the double lines. I have dozens of pictures taken over the last year if you would like more. Frequently, my clients need to cancel appointments due to there not being parking available in the Liston Road car park. Please can you issue more attendants to Liston Road and raise the request for Lidl to build a double story car park.
