Bushes growing over pavement

The bushes are now growing over the pathway on the south side of White Lion Road between Finch lane and Cokes Lane. My daughter walks this path every day to get to Challoners School. I have just walked the same path and it is now getting pretty difficult to walk this path without ducking or walking onto the road to get round the bushes. This seems quite risky for my daughter.
